Key Features of Advance GWC39.41 Q Marine Gearbox
GWC39.41 Q reverse reduction gear has a primary stage, a reduction stage and a reverse stage. Input and output are coaxial and have same sense of rotation.
Input Speed (rpm) | Ratio | Rate (kW/rpm) |
400-800 | 1.98 | 2.125 |
400-1000 | 2.47 | 1.868 |
400-1200 | 3.05 | 1.551 |
400-1400 | 3.48 | 1.338 |
400-1600 | 4.05 | 1.169 |
400-1600 | 4.48 | 1.037 |
400-1600 | 5.00 | 0.919 |
400-1600 | 5.51 | 0.831 |
400-1600 | 5.99 | 0.757 |
Important note:
The Advance marine gearbox GWC39.41 Q can not be held responsible for torsional problems arising from the drive system. We therefore recommend that a calculation and adjustment for the vibrational data of the ship’s entire drive system should be performed including the torsional compatibility of the gearbox.
