Key Features of Advance GWL80.95 Marine Gearbox
GWL80.95 reduction gear without reverse function corresponds to the GWC model in that it has a primary and a reduction stage. Input and output are coaxial and have the same sense of rotation.
Input Speed (rpm) | Ratio | Rate (kW/rpm) |
200-350 | 1.98 | 28 |
200-440 | 2.49 | 22.2 |
200-520 | 2.94 | 18.81 |
200-610 | 3.46 | 16 |
200-700 | 3.95 | 14 |
200-800 | 4.51 | 12.25 |
200-800 | 5.03 | 11 |
200-800 | 5.48 | 10.09 |
200-800 | 5.93 | 9.33 |
Important note:
The Advance marine gearbox GWL80.95 can not be held responsible for torsional problems arising from the drive system. We therefore recommend that a calculation and adjustment for the vibrational data of the ship’s entire drive system should be performed including the torsional compatibility of the gearbox.
