GWL70.76 reduction gear without reverse function corresponds to the GWC model in that it has a primary and a reduction stage. Input and output are coaxial and have the same sense of rotation.

We therefore recommend that a calculation and adjustment for the vibrational data of the ship’s entire drive system should be performed including the torsional compatibility of the gearbox.
