Key Features of Advance GWC45.49 Marine Gearbox
GWC45.49 reverse reduction gear has a primary stage, a reduction stage and a reverse stage. Input and output are coaxial and have same sense of rotation.
Input Speed (rpm) | Ratio | Rate (kW/rpm) |
400-700 | 1.97 | 4.240 |
400-875 | 2.47 | 3.392 |
400-1030 | 2.89 | 2.890 |
400-1230 | 3.47 | 2.414 |
400-1400 | 3.95 | 2.120 |
400-1550 | 4.37 | 1.913 |
400-1600 | 4.85 | 1.725 |
400-1600 | 5.50 | 1.520 |
400-1600 | 5.98 | 1.398 |
Important note:
The Advance marine gearbox GWC45.49 can not be held responsible for torsional problems arising from the drive system. We therefore recommend that a calculation and adjustment for the vibrational data of the ship’s entire drive system should be performed including the torsional compatibility of the gearbox.
